November/December

The end of November came, and went SO fast.
I got the chance to see my husband graduate from
basic training for the Army. It was amazing. We got
to spend 2 days with him which was not enough. Saying goodbye
again, was the worst! He is now in AIT. Training for the job he picked.

We got pictures taken while in Kentucky visiting Chris.
So i am posting them on here
Also Payten and Kaysen (her nephew) got there
christmas pictures together. As for Payten, She will be 11 months on christmas eve.
She has 8 big munchers...and bites very hard
when she is mad. She is walking SO much now.
There is NO stopping this monster.

Summers Over

The end of summer is here.
I didnt get the tan i wanted
but i guess that is what tanning
beds were made for. :]

ANYWAYS
Payten will be 8 months(on the 24th)
time has flown by so fast.
She is just over the 97th Percentile
(( She is HUGE ))

Chris is at boot camp/AIT for the
U.S. Army.
I couldnt be more thankful
for what he is doing for
our small family's future. He is such a
perfect husband and it takes a lot

to do what he is doing for us.
He will be gone alot and that is hard on us

but people always tell me
"Absence makes the heart grow fonder"

&& its so true.

I cannot wait to see him in November

for his graduation.
I know it will be AMAZING.
We will get two days with him before
he goes to Fort Jackson-South Carolina for training.

Forever Ago

So, its been forever since i have
updated this thing. Sometimes i
even forget about it. SORRY!
Its been about a month now, that Payten has had a odd lump on her head that i am not to fond of. At first when i noticed it, the lump was small and i figured it was normal. Now its larger and moving down her forhead towards her nose. I took her to our local hospital to get a catscan, and all the dr told me was it was fat tissue, or a sist. hmmmm. he really had no idea haha. so he sent us to Seattle Childrens Hospital. We went, theu at first thought it was fluid, but its not. Then they thought it was part of a cork screw that broke off durring labor??? i was knocked out so i have no idea if she had anything in her head. So they ordered an MRI for June 18th. 7:00 am. meaning i am leaving my house around 3am to be there ontime. :)

I know Payten is not going to like

not eating for 6 hours, but its
for the best. HOPEFULLY.

She is so PERFECT in our eyes.

My Angel Baby

Little Miss Payten Dawn, is everything we could of hoped for. She is rarely fussy, barley cries and is full of smiles and giggles. Chris and I couldnt of asked for a better daughter. Altough we cringe when we think about our teenage years, and hopefully dont get pay back :).

So Auntie Ashleigh was taking pictures of Payten and got these very cute ones...

Its Been A While

Well, its been a few weeks since i posted anything on here. So, I have been back in Washington for a little over a week now. Chris didnt see Miss Payten for a month. Its amazing how much she grew in that time frame. When Chris first saw her in the airport, he had the biggest smile on his face. I loved it :)

Chris is working again. THANKFULLY. He is also very happy about it. Its kind of hard living off unemployment. UGH! (stressful)

Payten is will be 3 months on the 24th. She is full of smiles, giggles, and talks ALOT. She is in the 90%tile, for both weight and height. She is prolly gonna be tall like her daddy!

The other day, i came home and went up stairs to see what Chris and Payten were up to, and i found them both asleep STILL. HAHA. It was the cutest thing i have ever seen.

A Warm Saturday

Cheri came to visit this weekend while i was still in Kansas, we had lots of fun, shopping, eating, went to maralees baby shower/bbq, and took lots of pictures outside because it was so nice, minus the insane wind factor.

Saturday i was babysitting Brooklyn while her mom does her massages. Brooky and I have a blast together, she keeps me on my feet. We make easter cookies, we play outside, I took her shopping and picked out a SUPER cute new swimsuit for her, we eat lots, watch movies, i paint her nails and we wrestle some.
( Sheena says i spoil her... i cant help it )

Too Much Fun

Paytens Birth

Well i was due Feb. 6. But I started to dilate 4 weeks early. At 35 weeks i was dilated to 3cm. Friday January 23rd at midnight my water broke. We went to the hospital... i started pushing around 11:00-12 in the after noon on saturday, afer 4 and a 1/2 hours of pushing, Payten got stuck under my pelvic bone. That is when the Dr. decided we needed to have an emergancy C-section.

Payten was born at 3:21 Saturday, January 24th. She weighed 7 lbs and 11 oz. and was 20.5 inches long. After 5 days in the hospital, we were discharged and went home, the next day the dr. got some test resuls back- he let us know that she has jaundice that was at to high of levels , so she needed to come back to the hospital and do light treatment until she was at a lower pointage. 2 days later we got to go home. FINALLY for good.

Our New Family

August 30, 2008 is the date we we became our own family and on January 24, 2009 we had a beautiful baby girl, named Payten Dawn. She is absolutley perfect. Its crazy how you can love someone so much, even when you just barley met. Now starting are own family, we wouldnt change it for the world. Its amazing being parents.
